Back in January 2014, I came here to start my business.....I was thinking of getting a condominium around Manila since this is the capital city of the Philippines and my business is just located along Ermita. La Nobleza Terrazas is one of my first choices. It caught my attention because the building is newly built and it is convenient for everyone. It's within walking distance of hospitals, markets, amusement parks, and churches. Their monthly dues are very affordable compared to other condominiums. I love their amenities, it’s so clean and safe... Everything you need is there. Luckily, I got the one- bedroom unit facing the pool area with a slight view of Manila Bay. It's very nice for me.
